Any advice on what to think about this mole on my arms?

Hey all, 29F here. I have plenty of moles and such on my arms and have since I was a kid but this one in particular is making me nervous. I got the tattoo almost 8 years ago and the mole wasn’t there then but I can’t remember when it first appeared. It does seem to be slowly getting larger though. It is now about as big around as the diameter of a pen/pencil. It doesn’t hurt or anything. What do you all think? Thanks!!

I (29F) started talking to this girl (33F) the end of last year. Things started great and we got super close super fast. Then after about two months she back pedaled and said she wanted me in her life but didn’t want a relationship with anyone right now. We hang out all the time and flirt, hold hands, kiss, etc. she calls me her girlfriend to people when we are out in public. But she’s so hesitant to put a label on it or make it official. For some context, she’s an avoidant attachment style and I’m an anxious attachment style which has definitely brought up some conflict. I really like this girl, do I wait until she’s ready to label it and make it official? Do I set “just friends” boundaries like no kissing and such? To be clear, I don’t want to lose her. Just looking for an outside perspective.
