Visceroptosis referral

If anyone is receiving treatment for visceroptosis, can you please share what provider or health system you’re going through? I was diagnosed a long time ago and have been going through referrals for two years. The two major healthcare systems in my state are refusing me. If you have someone who accepted your case, could you share so I can point my regular GI provider in that direction

Just thought I’d share:

Around two months ago, i took a position that was adjacent to the work I did before I suffered an anoxic tbi 2 years ago. I disclosed I had a disability on my application and when asked specifically by my manager at work about a week into the job, disclosed I actually had a tbi (mistake). The job requires a LOT of didactic book learning and I asked for more time/slower pace to complete my orientation. I was fired yesterday bc my manager said I am “just not getting it and never will because it’s too hard” that my pace is too slow and while I was making progress it wasn’t enough, that I was going to hurt people etc. She said that she talked to the directors about it and everyone agreed to let me go. However, on Tuesday she said I was doing really good and she even set a date for me to be off orientation and working from home— said she’d order my work setup at such and such date, etc. Further, last *Friday* she said I was an incredibly hard worker and that she’d hire ten of me if she could even if that meant working more slowly. She let me train someone and conduct an interview.

I have studied every night since I’ve been hired. I’ve got any and all teaching aids, memory materials, study materials and I am making good progress.

I had anterograde amnesia for over a year and have only been able to remember 5 days at a time the last 6 months or so so I was really proud of myself for working at a higher capacity. She had made really ableist comments during my employment that for the sake of brevity I’ll leave out.

But that’s it. Just wanted to divulge some ableism and vent bc I’m freaking out lol

What office chairs do you like or use? Or what items do you use to customize your chair? I am having trouble finding one that is consistently comfortable.
