Has anyone tried laser resurfacing or skin tightening in Double Bay?

I've been dealing with sun damage pigmentation and fine lines. Recently went to all saints clinic in Double Bay for a fractional laser session. Downtime was a few days of redness and flaking. After a couple of weeks skin feels a bit smoother and pigmentation is slowly improving.

Has anyone else been to All Saints Clinic? How were your results? Any other places in Eastern Suburbs you would recommend?

what’s the most common mistake people make with brushing teeth?

I feel like everyone thinks they’re brushing their teeth correctly, but there are probably a lot of small mistakes that add up over time some people brush too hard, others not long enough, and some might miss key areas without realizing it

From your experience as a dentist, what’s the most common mistake you see patients make with daily brushing and what’s one simple change that actually makes a big difference in oral health?

Still own my grandparents’ abandoned house back in Ohio… wondering if I should finally sell it to fund a down payment in Cali

My grandparents passed away a few years ago, and I’ve still got their old house sitting there near Cleveland. I haven’t really done much with it, and honestly… it’s not getting any better with time. Every time I see photos or hear from neighbors, it sounds like it’s just slowly falling apart.

The thing is that I live in Cali now, and I thought about buying my own place here. You probably know that prices are pretty high rn almost everywhere, so a solid down payment could really help me. I’ve realized that maybe selling that house could actually help me to get my own place

I saw one of those we buy houses type sites (clecashoffers.com and more similar to that), and it seems like they can move things pretty fast, just not at full market price. I’m kinda torn and part of me wants to just be done with it and not deal with repairs or listing it the traditional way, but the other part is like… am I leaving too much money on the table?

Curious if anyone’s been in a similar spot. Did you go for the quick sale or hold out for a better price?

Hamlet gets all the credit for being Shakespeare's most complex character but I think Iago runs circles around him. Hamlet's complexity comes from his paralysis - he can't act, he overthinks, we watch him spiral. Interesting, sure. But Iago is actively constructing something. Every scene he's in he's improvising, manipulating, performing a different version of himself for whoever he's talking to. And he does it almost for sport

The "motiveless malignity" thing Coleridge talked about makes him scarier and more fascinating to me than any amount of "to be or not to be."

Am I alone on this or does Iago get the respect he deserves?
