Just Moved to Buffalo Area— Looking For Things To Do And Meet New People
Just moved to the Buffalo area from Cleveland area. I am late 30s male who doesn’t know anyone locally. Hoping to start exploring the region and to meet new people. Would really appreciate any suggestions for places/events nearby. My interests are as follows:
RPGs/Board Games: Been playing PnP RPG games since teen years and hoping to get involved in a group or two.
History: Museums and memorials are a favorite of mine to visit.
Art and Bookstores: I enjoy art museums and sometimes going to galleries. Also enjoy going to independent bookstores.
Nature walks: I like taking nature walks from time to time, so any suggestions for parks and trails would be appreciated.
Live Music: Mostly enjoy rock, metal, punk, and classical music (I already miss the Cleveland Orchestra 😭). But I enjoy listening to most musical genres live. Any recommendations for places with live music performances?
Cocktail Bars and Craft Breweries: nice classic cocktail bars or a solid craft brewery are my speed when I occasionally go out for a drink.
