View from Fleming's
Last Weekend we stayed at Fleming's. The old 50s "Skyscraper" has a rooftop-restaurant.
I don't care, but it was shoot with Samsung Galaxy S25+
ITAP of the Empire State Building wearing a halo after the rain.
This explains the sub
Is this intentionally a Canadian sub? Are we intending to keep it this way? Because I can gtfo if that’s what the maple leaves want. Or maybe I’ll stay and make things a bit more liberated 🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅 btw not sure if yall heard it’s our 250th birthday yesterday
Update: I’m ready to call a truce. Now that we know you’re all Canadians, cover me in syrup and bring out the CN pictures. I’m all here for it
Torontonian here, some of the assorted pictures I've taken of skyscrapers!
The Absolute World Towers
Also known as the Marilyn Monroe Towers, they were completed in 2012 and remained Mississauga’s tallest buildings until 2024.
They stand at 179.5 and 158 metres.
Photo taken by me in October 2021.
Moscow approved skyscrapers of June 2026
Russian couple from Moscow clbed the spire of the Empire state building for their proposal ahh🙇♀️
A cool pair of art-deco apartment buildings in Ottawa
NYC
Upper West Side. Some of the best high-rise density on the planet. Absolutely delightful streets. Happy we are not becoming some ubiquitous city of glass towers.
(Multiple) Cracked Windows in Landmark 81 - HCMC Vietnam, is it normal ?
Hey everyone, not exactly a skyscraper expert just an enthusiast haha. Thought this might be the right sub to ask. I was at Landmark 81 in Saigon Vietnam / observatory and noticed multiple cracked laminate windows at the 81st floor. One panel was even missing the entire outside layer !
Is this normal in buildings of such height or a build problem ?
Any explanation appreciated !
