Progress after 3 weeks of a new routine

I have type 2 and after a long time with nothing working for me I decided to create a routine for myself doing a lot of research and it's giving good results. I don't consider it a victory yet but I'm happy with the progress. Here's what I've been doing:

A.M

 1. Avene tolerance lotion nettoyante gélifiée (It says it doesn't need rinsing but I do)

 2. Metronidazole gel

 3. Bioderma Sensibio AR+ cream

 4. Isdin fusionwater sunscreen

P.M

 1. Avene tolerance lotion

 2. Soolantra

 3. Bioderma sensibio AR+ cream

If I wear makeup, I clean my face with Bioderma sensibio H20 micellar water.

Tips to improve my skincare routine

I have type 2 and this is my skin right now. I'm currently only using sunscreen. They prescribed metronidazole and it did help but I ran out so I want to keep using it but also add ivermectin, a moisturizer and a cleanser for when I put on makeup. I just don't know how to put together the routine. I used metronidazole at night and sunscreen in the mornings. I'd love some advice! Thanks in advance.>!!<

Rosacea type 2

Do you think it is possible to cure or improve rosacea without taking antibiotics? I was using metronidazole gel and it helped me but I would like to try with ivermectine as well and maybe azelaic acid. Right now my rosacea is out of control and I urgently need to start trying some things to see if it gets better (for now I cannot access medical consultations) So I would like to try and start improving my skincare routine and things like that.

I just wanna give up

32F. Struggling since Iwas 8 yo with anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks. Constant ups and downs all my life but I'm at the worst point of all right now. I don't have a job, I don't have money. My fiancée with whom I had been with for 7 years could not bear the economic, mental and emotional burden of my situation and ended the relationship. I had to leave our house, leave her and our precious cats and go back to live with my mom. She loved me and was my main support. she practically worked to support me and her life revolved around me and my needs. But she said I wasn't trying hard enough to get better and she's absolutely right. I've had bad experiences with psychiatrists and medications And I'm afraid to go back to that, I thought I could get better on my own but I'm getting worse and worse and now I don't only have to deal with my already deteriorated mental health, my terrible economic situation my physical health that is already affected as well, but now I must live with the grief of the breakup, not having who was my safe place and my greatest support I'm so exhausted, I don't want to give up but sometimes I just feel like I can't take it anymore
