Going to Signal BOLC in about a month, I have an "Order Number" In HRC, but nothing yet in IPERMS or IPPSA. Is it necessary to submit a PAR? Or are my orders just taking some time?

As a sales rep in automotive, do you get the option to use a personal vehicle instead of a company car?
