I feel like a pandemic fic would be a great fit like just living their domestic lives....

I recently had some family issues arise which has made it so I have to leave the state and become a full time caregiver. I had a lease sign that starts on May 26th and found out about the move 5 days ago. I have been posting and messaging and keep getting ghosted and the one person who was interested turned me down. Does anyone have some advice on how to find someone? Part of the issue is that they would be moving in with 4 roommates all individual rooms. I can't work when I move so my only option will to be to pull out a loan to pay for rent in a place I won't live. My roommates don't want me to leave so they are not helping me look and they don't realize the kind of stress I'm under. I don't want to play the victim I just want to get this sorted responsibly. I have even offered to pay first month of utilities, I keep getting ghosted and am out of ideas. I know it's a fast turn around but I'm literally desperate at this point.

I am currently #1 on a wait-list for a class on ESIS, I emailed the teacher and she said she increased the class size for me to join since I was the only one on the Waitlist. How long does it take for that to update? How often does ESIS do Waitlist checks cause I have been checking every hour since she has emailed me and haven't seen anything. I'm only anxious because I need this class to graduate.
