Fence Gate Gap

I just installed a new PVC fence with a 5’ gate on both sides of my property, once side goes from my front yard to the backyard and the other side is the backyard into the driveway
Problem is now the fence is level and there’s a gap underneath- visually I don’t care but my Boston terrier is getting under the fence from the front yard to the back which is “ok” but I’m terrified he’ll soon figure out how to go out on the other side and go right into our very busy street!!!
What can I do here?
I thought maybe adding like a curb but the mower needs to go over it and I don’t want to cause a tripping hazard
Is there an exterior door sweep or something?!
Help!!

Title is as it is - I’m 17 weeks post partum from a planned c-section and sex still hurts (bad), like I have not been able to have sex since giving birth. He puts it in barely at all and I flinch every time, I’ve been avoiding intimacy all together because it’s painful and uncomfortable.

When does this end?! What can I do? My body isn’t mine in anyway anymore and I’m struggling; it doesn’t feel the same, look the same or work the same

EDIT: I am breast feeding and my baby was 9lbs 5oz
