I need help where should I put the box the filter out take is on the opposite side

Is it just me, or is this guy just no anywhere, no where online either. Anyone know where I can get this in Victoria Australia?

I recently bought 5, 4 have died from a disease they came with 2 days after being acclimated. What do I do with this singular healthy one?

I got some new corys, one has died and this one seems ill, do I do a water change or will that make it worse because I can't heat the water before I put it in
