title says it all but when i say “die” im just being dramatic lol. i walked to the store on my lunch break… bought and ate an entire 6 oz bag of trail mix just to eat the m&ms …. along with the “healthy vegetables and protein” i packed yesterday when i wasn’t on my period.

took pain meds for my cramps…. nothing has helped… and i’m tired. that’s all, thanks for letting me complain lol

from all substances but alcohol is my DOC. i grieve the part of me that could drink and party and be “fun” but now my life is so full and my friendships have been repaired and i no longer let drinking dictate my life anymore!!!
