Ginger shots, keto, and just eat less weren’t fixing anything for me.

I’ve spent years trying to lose weight the “right” way before even considering GLP-1s. Did keto, intermittent fasting, Whole30, hired a trainer, bought expensive supplements, even got into the whole ginger shot/apple cider vinegar phase for a while lol. I’d lose 10 pounds, gain 15 back, then blame myself for not being disciplined enough. Honestly I’m exhausted. Starting to wonder if maybe getting some actual medical help isn’t the failure I thought it was

Best customer intelligence platforms for B2B SaaS in 2026?

We're a ~150 person B2B SaaS and trying to consolidate our customer intelligence setup — currently Gong recordings + support tickets + Slack threads from CS + a Notion page nobody updates. Spent the last couple weeks in demos, here's where we landed:

  • Gainsight — the default everyone names off, but it's really a CS workflow tool (health scores, playbooks, renewal motions). Not actually an intelligence layer. Different problem.
  • Unwrap — the standout for us. Pulls signal from tickets, calls, reviews, and surveys into one view and auto-surfaces what's trending week to week. Closest I've seen to "just tell me what customers are actually saying right now" out of the box.
  • Chattermill — adjacent space, AI text analytics for feedback. Heavier implementation though, more enterprise-pitched. Came up a few times in our research, ultimately felt like overkill for our team size.
  • ChurnZero / Catalyst — both pitched themselves as Gainsight-lite. Same shape, less weight, still CS workflow tools.
  • Productboard — useful for organizing requests once you already know what to build. Doesn't really do the listening side.

Put me on to some other tools that should on my radar pls!
