Apartment Search Help
Hello I’m completely new to this state and I’m looking or an apartment. Im moving to Columbia area, since I don’t know anything about Columbia I was hoping you guys can help. I started with like 70 properties liked on apartments.com and I’ve managed to distill it down to 30.
I’m hoping you guys can give me some input in which ones are easy cuts, and which you recommend. I don’t know if any of them are in a bad area that I should just avoid or if certain properties may have a bad reputation and I should avoid them….etc
A little about me If it matters. Looking for a 1 BR I’m a young single male, want to spend upto 1200 but the cheaper the better. Want to have some things I can walk to but it can be more suburban
