Hey guys,

Recently got selected for the GET role in L&T Mindtree and received my OL on May 16th for the 2026 batch.

Had a few doubts regarding training:

What are the main domains and how are they assigned?
Which domains are considered better for growth/projects?
When can we expect training calls at the earliest/probable timeline for 2026 batch?
What are the usual training locations/campuses?
Is the training and assessments manageable for an average student?
Any tips or subjects to prepare beforehand?

Would really appreciate genuine advice from seniors/recent batches 😄

Does anyone know what is the penalty if someone leaves the training midway at Mysore campus for SE Role ?
