How do you tell the difference with fat from weight to just extra fat?

I’ve never been skinny, recently found out I could have pcos or endometriosis,

I carry a lot of fat in my face and my neck, I don’t even have a chin, a lot of my childhood photos were the same way though, no chin, straight to neck.

I lost 50lbs one time rapidly and didn’t have much facial differences at all in the neck area everyone told me it would change as I got older which did not happen at all.

I still have a handful of neck fat. I sit relaxed and my neck automatically touches my chest.

I know I’m overweight but my face makes me look triple my weight if that makes sense. Just by profile photos you’d think I was 300lbs when I’m really about 170lbs

People are shocked when they see me in person because they expected me to be “bigger”

Did any of you do Saxenda?

My doctor has to put me on Saxenda before I can even try to get approved for Wegovy,

I’ve been stuck at a set point of 200lbs for years, I rapidly lost 40lbs once at 17 and within 6 months back to 200 and 23 still 200.

They haven’t confirmed I have pcos, but they did say a lot of my issues is hormonal, I figured it will take a while to get an actual diagnosis idk but this is the furthest I’ve ever gotten with a doctor.

They thought I could have endometriosis as well, at least that wasn’t ruled out.

Due to the insurance I have to go through tons of Step therapy’s to get approved for most medications.

I’ve heard Saxenda is a hit or miss but I’d rather hear real experiences rather than some article that’s probably half true on the internet.

I’m 23, I need to learn to drive, I can drive, I just cannot seem to get used to it. I forget when it’s my turn to go, I feel like it’s too much to keep up with. I don’t understand how people do it on autopilot at all.

And I’m very limited too because my dad is driving the car I was supposed to learn in to work, and I’m not allowed any where near my mom’s new one.

That’s what actually kept me from being able to learn is they wouldn’t let me because of my moms car being to “precious” and the one time my mom gets a new one the car I was supposed to learn in is gone 6 days a week 🫠

I called a driving school, but they have zero openings for months and I don’t know what to do.
