Just got this yesterday, already had multiple people ask me if his eyes actually look like that. He’s wall eyed to say the least 😂

My 10 month old girl is having so much trouble potty training. She is not fixed yet, as she just went through her first heat cycle (per the vets recommendation, already have her appointment scheduled). I got her from a couple who was not very kind to her. She excited and scared pees, and this while somewhat frustrating is not our main problem. Everytime she is let out of her crate she pees inside without asking. I know this is not a bladder problem because I just took her to the vet for the third time to make sure it’s not a UTI or vaginosis, as well as the fact she does not pee in her crate. I have tried every 30 minutes going out. I have rewarded her with treats praise and a toy which she loves but does not help. I hate that her life is kennel or outside. She is the best dog and never runs away but I feel like she is unhappy and I’m failing. I have had her since she was 3 months old. Please any advice would be potentially life changing for my girl.
