Okay, so I remember the show starting off with this older teenage girl driving with who I think was a foster parent or social worker to a secluded house in what I think was the desert.

At the house is a bunch of other teens. I think it was two girls. A guy and the foster mother or social workers husband. One of the next scenes is the gurl being informed that she wasn't going to school because of drought or heat in the area.

Later on, as the show progresses, it's found that the foster parents or whoever they ate are the villains, and the 4 teens are tied to a pole, and one of the girls breaks her fingers to escape.

I know at one point before they escape to a neighbors house and break in I think? Something like that.

I'm looking for books that mix both the omegaverse and fantasy genres together. So far, there have been two that I've loved but haven't found anymore:

- The Flame King's captive/bride by Chloe Chastaine

- Whisked Away by Enola M. Douglas

I can NOT read books with OWD or cheating.

I've been wanting to get into more dark fantasy-esque books lately. I haven't read many, but they're so interesting. So if you have recs with that please let me know!

Also, with the books I've seen, they tend to be less than 200 pages, which I hate, so I ask that they're over 200. Thank you!

I live for these tropes. I'd love why-choose/reverse harem, but I'm not picky about it. What I will not read is other woman drama or cheating or scenes that FEEL like cheating yk.

(For example: even before the mmc(s) and fmc are together, the mmc(s) are having scenes with another woman).
