Hello, I lived with a friend who got a GF and everything fell apart. I put down the first, last and deposit for the house. I left the house this time last year, he has since renewed the lease but carried over my last month's rent and deposit.

He was cooperative but has since not responded. He is on probation in one state and lives in another state. He does drugs as well. Outside of suing him or the landlord, what can I do to get my revenge payback?
