Hi all, need some help with this issue. our Tv looks normal when selecting what to watch. every picture is there. but when we start to play a video from any app (Netflix/youtube and more) its just black with sound. you can see the subtitles/settings/play buttons etc but no video. we have a TCL 75” QM5K

Hi, please help advice on layout. so we live in a 2 beds 1 bath duplex with a backyard. my parents take the other bedroom and me, my wife, my 2 kids (4 & 2) take the bigger room. were in bay area california.
