I’m a solo developer, and today I launched Dosera on Product Hunt. 🚀

Dosera is a simple medication reminder and tracking app built for people who manage their own medications or help care for someone else.

You can:

• Set medication schedules and dose reminders

• Track taken, skipped, and missed doses

• Monitor medication adherence and history

• Get low-stock reminders

• Keep caregivers informed through Telegram

• Export medication history to PDF

I built Dosera because I wanted medication management to feel simple and clear rather than overwhelming.

It’s currently available on Android, and I’m looking for honest feedback from people who might actually use it.

What I’d especially like to know:

• Are the reminders reliable?

• Is anything confusing?

• What feature would make Dosera more useful?

• Is there anything you would change about the experience?

I’m actively improving the app based on feedback, so even a small comment would be really helpful.

Launch on Product Hunt:

Thanks for checking it out! 🙌

[App] I built Dosera — a medication reminder for Android

I made Dosera, an Android app for managing medications and keeping track of doses.

I wanted to build something simple for people who take medication regularly, especially when there are multiple medicines and different schedules to remember.

The main features are:

💊 Multiple medications, doses and schedules
⏰ Scheduled medication reminders and alarms
✅ Quickly mark doses as Taken, Skipped or Snoozed
📊 Adherence statistics, daily progress and streaks
👨‍👩‍👧 Optional caregiver notifications through Telegram
📦 Medication stock tracking and low-stock alerts
📄 Export medication history to PDF
🔒 Local-first — medication data stays on the device

I built it with React Native + TypeScript and I'm currently working on improving the app based on real user feedback.

If you'd like to try it:

👉 Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leon55490.dosera

I'd really appreciate feedback on the UI, the alarm experience and anything that feels confusing or unnecessary.

Thanks for checking out something I made! 🙌

Dosera permite:

💊 Programar medicamentos, dosis y horarios
⏰ Recibir recordatorios y alarmas
✅ Registrar dosis tomadas, omitidas o perdidas

I built Dosera — medication reminders, simplified

Hi everyone! 👋

I've been working on Dosera, an Android app designed to make medication tracking simpler and less stressful.

I built it because I wanted something more focused than the typical health apps — no complicated dashboards, no unnecessary features, just a reliable way to remember and keep track of your medication.

What Dosera does

💊 Medication schedules — Set multiple medicines, doses and schedules.

Reliable reminders — Exact scheduled alarms with a full-screen alarm where you can quickly mark a dose as Taken, Skipped or Snoozed.

📊 Adherence tracking — See taken, skipped and missed doses, streaks and daily progress.

👨‍👩‍👧 Caregiver support — You can optionally notify a caregiver through Telegram when a dose is missed or skipped.

🔒 Local-first privacy — Your medication data is stored locally on your device. No cloud account is required.

📄 PDF reports — Export your medication history and adherence data.

The app is currently live on Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leon55490.dosera

I'm especially looking for people who actually manage medications regularly, or developers who are interested in testing the reliability/UX.

I'd really appreciate feedback on things like:

  • Are the reminders reliable on your device?
  • Is the alarm screen easy to understand?
  • Is anything confusing when adding a medication?
  • What feature would make you keep using the app?
  • Did anything break or behave unexpectedly?

Even a quick comment after trying it would be incredibly useful.

Thanks!
