Hello. I started at a 0.8 mg dose a couple of days ago.

Days 1 and 2 were uneventful. I definitely noticed a reduction in appetite, although it's hard to tell whether that's from the medication or simply being more conscious of what I'm eating.

Today is Day 3, and I'm feeling pretty tired and have had a few extra trips to the restroom. We'll see how things progress over the next few days.

So far, I'm down about 4 pounds. I've also been adding extra walking each day to increase my activity level, so I'm sure that is helping as well.
