Grove City, OHIO - Black hole - Please Help!
My package has been sitting for almost a week (a high-value, very important package) supposedly at this:
6120 Meadows Dr., Grove City, Ohio, FedEx Hub. I have tried physically driving there 30 minutes away (no one but a security card and trucks going in and out. Two phone numbers that led to nothing for people to "pick up" packages). I have called FedEx daily and gotten nowhere. I called the shipper to start a claim, to try and trace it, but that's also gone nowhere. Now I'm making a Reddit post!
It hasn't moved or been touched since 9:16 p.m. on Thursday 8/13/2026. As you can see there was a (2nd! supposedly) attempt to deliver it (while I was at work, and the package requires my signature). It was marked delivered; then, one minute later, a delivery exception was marked because it was not delivered or signed for. Though the FedEx tracking number still shows "Delivered 8/12/2026" and has a picture of the front of my house.
It is either sitting at that Grove City, Ohio hub or vanished. I can't physically go there; no one has phone lines that reach a real human being at that hub to walk the floor and retrieve my package, and the shipper can't do anything either, apparently.
What do I do? I'm at wit's end. I can drive to that hub, but I can't compel anyone once there to go in and find my parcel, and since the company (depending on who you reach at customer service) sees "delivered," it's like my package is in limbo and will never be scanned or updated again. Just vanish. It's a 5-figure worth $ of value. Yes, it's insured, but I WANT the item, not an insurance claim check! I filed 2 reports on the FedEx website, have called customer service daily (which goes nowhere), and spoken to the shipper daily as well.
The shipper uses 2-day FedEx (Express) delivery with signature required at the residential address. It was shipped 8/5/2026. Here we are on the 18th. This is unacceptable, and because of the value and its being a collector's item, the anxiety is very high, and FedEx is currently ruining my life.
Please send help to Grove City, OH, and find my package in that FedEx Hub.
