S3XY Strip Bluetooth issue
Hey everyone,
I’m having a really frustrating issue with my Enhance Auto S3XY Strip and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing.
The Strip connects to the app normally, but about 5 seconds after connecting, it disconnects, then reconnects again, and keeps doing this continuously.
Because of this, I can’t really use the Strip or change/update any settings.
What I’ve tried:
Unplugging and reconnecting the controller
Rebooting the Tesla
Restarting the Enhance Auto app
Restarting my iPhone
Trying another iPhone
Unpairing/re-pairing the Strip
Disconnecting/reconnecting the controller
Nothing changed.
One thing I noticed: when I unplugged and reconnected the controller, I briefly got a blue LED, but then it turned off.
The app is able to pair with the Strip, but immediately after pairing it starts connecting/disconnecting every ~5 seconds.
I’m starting to think the controller itself might be faulty, but I’d really like to know if there’s something else I can try before asking Enhance Auto for a replacement.
