- wait through the 2-3 minute intro

- when they start listing menu options, press 6 immediately ("additional options")

- enter SSN and phone #

- listen to boring "account status" details

- when they start listing menu options, press 5 immediately ("additional options")

- this should get you through to a human being eventually

- it still takes about 5 minutes to get through the menus, but it's the fastest route I've found

Side note: calling when they first open (8am) usually gets you through without long hold times
