Should I message the seller about the chip in the bracelet

Hello! I was gifted this pretty bracelet from Etsy and received it last night. I noticed that there is a small chip in one of the stones. I've bought from Etsy a few times and I've never had problems with my orders.

I'm wondering if the damage is significant enough to warrant messaging the seller. or should I let it go? The supposed natural rose quartz (next to the red topaz) is chipped and missing a small chunk. Here are a few photos.

Zoomed out, which isn't too noticeable, but it's there

I'm not sure what the process with damaged item is... They are located in Singapore and I'm in Canada. Would I have to pay for shipping to return it to the seller? I have not yet reached out to seller. Any advice appreciated! Thank you.

Edit: Just to clarify. The bracelet was a gift bought by my boyfriend on Etsy and shipped directly to my address.

Is the total skill trigger cap a day still a thing?

Hey all, I remember a couple months back it was revealed that there is a soft cap on the total of skill triggers you can get in total for a day, which is about 20 or so. I wasn't super active at the time and I'm not sure if the devs ended up addressing the issue. I tried searching reddit but I can't seem to find the old posts about it. Would love to know what happened to this, I just love running skill trigger teams! Thank you

Employment for disabilities

Hello,

I would like some help understanding employment for someone with disabilities. What available resources from the government that we can look into for assistance.

We live in Ontario. I have a younger brother who is 30 years old. He has cerebral palsy, and has mobility issues and relies on wheelchair or walker. His intelligence is fine. He graduated from college with a business degree. However, besides volunteering activities in his highschool days, he has never been employed.

When my mom was still around, she tried to help him with employment, but it seemed like he didn't want to at the time. He definitely has a lot of anxiety, especially after our mother passed away 4 years ago now. I've been checking in on him about how job search is going for months and years. But he said it's not going great. I don't really like bringing it up because it stresses him out. He said the $1,000 a month (approx) from the government is nice since it's tax free and he doesn't have to do anything. I think I have to get myself involved and help him with it.

We live together and we aren't hurting for money, but I think he should get work experience, even something like part time or data entry, customer service work that he can do from home.

He mentioned he's in touch with ODSP for job search assistance. But it doesn't seem like anything has come from it yet. Thank you for any input.

Hello! I'm support main trying to get more comfortable with Sivir ADC as I play flex 5s with my friends recently. I barely play ADCs and I really struggle with itemizations so I'd like some input please.

Usually I just go the build of ER > Navori > IE, heal cut into Mortal Reminder as needed. But yesterday we played a game where my first back I had 1300g, I was reading about Yun Tal beforehand so I got BF and built Yun Tal first, since ER build path feels pretty weak. I felt the damage was really nice compared to my usual ER start. But then mid late game I wasn't sure what to build. Enemy team is Cait, Zyra, Rumble, Anivia, Talon. Their disengage is so strong and they were waiting for us to go in and melt us.

My questions:

  1. Was Yun Tal start a good choice? Or should I just stick to ER first to help with mana?

  2. Was this a comp diff? What dps items should I have built to better work against their range?

  3. Heal cut isn't really needed against this comp so I went LDR. But I think it's not that good since they're all squishy and no bonus health...?

  4. GA seems like a waste since I'd just get trapped and blown up once it's over lol... What defensive item would've worked better? Or should I have ignored that and built more damage?

Thank you so much!
