Proving the Wybie Theory wrong.

I see so many theories about how the other mother didn't know what Wybie sounded like because he was never in the Pink Palace. This is one of these stupidest theories I've ever seen. And I can prove it wrong.

Coraline's friends from Michigan we're never in the pink palace, but the other mother knew exactly what they sounded like.

This theory also completely disregards the overall use of the doll. It was created so the other mother could lure neglected or unhappy children into her world. Being able to do that, she uses the doll to hear and see everything. Wybie originally had a doll before he gave it to coraline, so the mother knew what he sounded like through the doll.

It's kind of like the same with how the other mother made coraline's neighbors look better in the other world. By hair, by body, etc.

So, this theory is proven wrong. It has nothing to do with the Pink Palace.

A theory that I do believe is true, is that Wybie couldn't speak because the other mother knew that he would try and help Coraline or try and warn her.

AITAH for breaking up with my boyfriend after his mother found out what we were doing?

AITAH for breaking up with my bf after his mom found out what we were doing?

I am a minor, and this was my first relationship.

My boyfriend and I made some decisions involving inappropriate behavior that, looking back, probably weren't the smartest. His mom eventually found out, and from what I was told, she said she didn't like me anymore and told him he could find someone better than me.

After hearing that, I decided to break up with him. It wasn't because I was embarrassed or because I suddenly stopped caring about him. My reasoning was that if his mom already disliked me and was encouraging him to find someone else, then the relationship would become much harder going forward. I felt like his family would no longer support the relationship and that there would be a lot of tension and pressure on both of us.

However, when I told my friends and sister what happened, they all said I was wrong. My sister says I broke up with him for no reason, and my friends say I was selfish because I chose to break up with him while he was already grounded and dealing with his family's disappointment.

From my perspective, I thought I was preventing a situation that would only get worse and become more stressful for both of us. But now that multiple people are telling me I handled it badly, I'm questioning whether I made the right choice.

I know I shouldn't have been doing those things as a teenager, and I understand why his mom was upset. I'm not asking whether she was right or wrong for being angry, because I think she had every right to feel the way she did.

What I'm asking for judgment on is the breakup itself. Given the situation, was I wrong for ending the relationship when I did? My friends and sister think I was selfish because he was already grounded and dealing with his family's disappointment, while I felt like I was trying to avoid making things harder for both of us in the long run.

So please judge whether breaking up with him was the wrong thing to do, not whether his mom was justified in being upset.

So, Reddit. AITAH for breaking up with my boyfriend?

My bf mom saw my "pictures"

So, about two days ago, me and my bf (now ex) were on the phone doing our "thing", ifykyk. And then his mom walks in, grabs his phone, and sees the picture. We broke up, but now there's a grown woman who knows what I look like in THAT sense, and worst of it, it's my ex's mom. 😭✌️

Really sad about it, I really did love him but his family hates me now soo I had to do what was best for us both. Yes, I'm not 18+ so you can understand how this got out of control.
