TLDR: What do you think is adequate compensation for Entertainment, Power Outlets, Wifi, and call and light buttons being down on an 11 hour flight with no prior knowledge until boarding the plane?

Hi, I recently had a transpacific flight and the big issue was that the entertainment screen, outlets, and seat light and call buttons were all down in my section of the plane. I did not really anticipate this so I spent 11 hours unable to do much but try and sleep (couldn't).

It was about a $1300 round flight ticket, and only the departing plane ride was affected. I usually hate to reach out about support but it was my first trip in a long time and it really bummed me out. I wish I was informed, even at the gate before boarding, that stuff was down so I could buy a book or download some movies (Outlet down anyway so can't charge phone).

They offered me a travel credit that seemed pretty low at the start. They started with $25 and added $100 and said I can possibly reach out to Panasonic for refunding the WiFi. But I don't fly much but I don't really have any reference for this type of stuff. I see people talk about getting miles too but I don't know anything about those. My trips didn't even accrue mileage for my account apparently.

What would you do in my situation?

I recently visited Tokyo and saw that they did a pop-up store at Tokyo Tower. I just realized that I should not have gotten an XL shirt as it is very big. Did anyone else go and happen to get a Large but need an XL?

I loved the index but I can’t stand the high pitched lighthouse noise. I need this.
