Question about tuition:

I'm an incoming freshman. I got a $25,500 merit scholarship for this upcoming year. Can I expect to renew this scholarship for the following year(s) if my grades are good? Also, if I keep my GPA really high, would it be possible for me to ask the financial aid office for a greater scholarship for my sophomore year?

High school Dual Enrollment

I know this isn’t a new topic for this sub but I still have some questions about HS dual enrollment classes.

I stupidly took dual enrollment classes as a 14 year old freshman in high school. I took 4 classes and got A’s in 3 of them, but I got an F in the 4th. The 3 classes I got A’s in were worth 3 credits each, and the one I failed was worth 5 credits.

Should I be taking extra community college classes between now and graduating from undergrad to help offset the harm this does to my overall GPA?

Also, I know law schools use the overall GPA that includes every college class you’ve ever taken for rankings/reporting purposes. However, are admissions officers automatically able to see the difference between your actual 4 year degree GPA and your overall GPA? Or is everything reduced to a single GPA with no differentiation? Thank you in advance.

Will I be rescinded for this mistake?

Hi, I’m an incoming freshman at SCU. When I applied, I completely forget to list 2 community college dual enrollment classes that I took during my freshman year of high school.

I took an intro to philosophy class and got an A in it. However, I also stupidly took a French class (also as a freshman) and got an F in it.

I’ve gotten an A in every single French class that I’ve taken at my actual high school, and got a 4 on the AP French test last year. I’m really freaking out now because I’ve heard some horror stories from a few people who got rescinded from UCs for not reporting their DE classes. Will this also be the case at SCU?

I completely forgot to list that particular community college as a whole, because I’ve taken 5 other CC classes at another CC (with all A’s) and forgot about the 2 classes that I took at this particular CC.
I just graduated high school with 5 A’s and one B for my second semester of senior year, and didn’t even consider the fact that I might get rescinded until I realized my mistake literally this week. What should I do?? Thanks in advance.
