I am a teacher in my late 30s looking for an ADU to rent in Long Beach! I was hoping someone on here could let me know if they have an ADU or know of one that is available. Ideally, I would like to spend no more than $2,000 per month and ideally it would have a washer/dryer. Keeping my fingers crossed!!

I have a couple of friends coming into town and we’re looking for a place to go to brunch. We’re in our 30s+. Nothing crazy expensice but we’re looking for delicious food and drinks. Any suggestions for a place that takes reservations would be appreciated!!
