I feel so behind

So I'm about to turn 18 but I still feel and act like a child. I feel so left out and behind on everything compared to everyone else my age. Everyone seems to know what to do with their life, it feels like everyone my age is part of a big inside joke that I'm not a part of.

I got braces but it didn't fix my long jaw/chin and I think it makes me look like dream's face reveal or natalie nunn💔 Is jaw surgery the only way to fix it??
