The subjective range of how people perceive you

Everyone has probably wanted to know how they ,,actually look“ in the eyes of others. So I started wondering and tried all sorts of things.

Different mirrors, lighting, angles, pictures and in motion videos from different distances, mirrored or not and so on. And after it all I still hadn’t gotten an answer, because when I looked in the mirror once again I wasn’t sure, because one day I felt like looked really good and another I felt like I looked horrible.

And yes sure emotions and mental state play a role so that even in the same mirror you might perceive yourself different on a given day.

But it made me wonder that maybe the subjectivity range of one’s perceived looks they see in themselves, is exactly the range other people might see in them too. Depending on once taste and likes you might actually look model like and to another kind of ugly.
What do you think of this hypothesis? Or is our mental state over estimating both the good and the bad in ourselves?

Do baby faces age better than mature faces?

Emma Myers is one year older than Margot Robbie in this photo. there’s an argument for both. On one hand, baby faces have more making them look plumper and younger as . But mature faces often have a lot better developed bones structure, which helps support the face as it ages.

I am thinking of getting the report and wanted to know what quality of photos should I be submitting

I am thinking of just taking 4k 60fps video on an iphone and then screenshotting the relevant angles and submitting that would that work

If so how far should i be from my iphone so that i dont have any distortion

Got my asthetic report lmao

So i was thinking of buying this report for a while but I was hesitating at first not because it will make me insecure but for the price

Whale I did it and this is my review.

They say I look hyper masculine although I thought am just masculine? But yaa it's not too bad .

They say my jaw is the strongest feature although it's the weakest lol that's why I have a beard I mean I don't have any recession but my jaw is slightly narrow ( i aint getting a jaw like that )

I didn't like morph that much ( what's ur opinion)

I think the hair is too neat i like medium hairstyles more . I wish I had a jaw like that but unfortunately I don't have one.

My side profile is decent

Overall am thinking of buying the hairstyle report but right now I would give this a 6.7/10 report.

Pretty privilege vs pretty punishment

QOVES has YouTube short discussing who benefits more from “pretty privilege” (men versus women specifically in the workplace). The video mentions that beautiful women are often punished by gossip and negative stereotypes, and that social bias can limit the benefits they receive from pretty privilege (ex: not assumed to be in positions of power).

I am interested in which factors you think influence whether an attractive person receives more “pretty punishment” or “pretty privilege”. Do you think there are certain features/traits in men/women that make this determination? Body composition, clothing style, age, introvert/extrovert?

Essentially, I am curious which features you feel are mostly punished/mostly praised despite both being considered attractive.

It feels like there is often an unmarked line for attractive people that dictates whether they are given mostly privilege or punishment.

Certainly nuance to this topic, and usually a result of individual circumstances but I’d love to know what you guys think!

Be brutal

Hey guys first time poster long time lurker here. I just ended a relationship with my boyfriend of six years and I want to change up my look.

I have hundreds of thousands of dollars saved up (planning to spend it on surgeries and procedures) and I want you to be extremely honest with some of the things that I should do, including but not limited to

  1. surgeries or procedures to enhance my base look
  2. changes to my makeup look / my hair
  3. general style

Just anything that you notice or have tips on would be greatly appreciated.

Pics 1-3 no makeup
Pics 4-6 makeup
Pic 7-8 body

NOTE: please be 100% honest and don’t hold back. I’m already really confident in myself so everything that you say will just be taken as advice and I won’t be offended.

In fact if you just tell me everything‘s fine it will just be a waste of your time. I’m not here for an ego boost but to make genuine improvements. please just give me tips on what I can improve. Thanks!
