Still on the housing waitlist, do I have a chance or am I cooked?

I’m currently #10 on the housing waitlist and it hasn’t moved at all for the past few days. With less than 5 days until the semester starts, do I realistically still have a chance of getting on-campus housing?

For anyone who’s been on the waitlist this close to the start of the semester before, does it usually move much during the last few days/first week of classes? Or should I start looking for off-campus housing ASAP?

I lined up JYP’s tallest members and this is the result (Part 2)

You guys asked for this after the HYBE tall line version (here), so here’s part 2 with JYP!

This time I lined up the tallest member from every JYP group, both active and inactive, split into boy groups and girl groups.

Side note: while doing my research for this, I somehow only just found out JYP has a Chinese branch 😭 I had no idea Boy Story and CIIU existed before making this.

Just thought it’d be fun to see everyone side by side again, this time with JYP idols.

Who's the standout in JYPE?

I Randomly lined up HYBE’s tallest members and this is the result

Did this purely for fun and out of curiosity. I lined up the tallest member from every HYBE group (split into boy groups and girl groups).

Also added the tallest members from TUIDE and Saint Satine. Technically, they're still predebut, but since both groups are officially set to debut, I figured I'd include them too.

Just thought it'd be fun to see them all side by side like this.

What height should I actually claim: morning or night height?

I measured my height barefoot using a stadiometer at two different times:

- 181.6 cm at midnight

- 183.6 cm immediately after getting out of bed in the morning

I know height changes throughout the day because of spinal compression, but I'm not sure what height people generally claim. Should I say my max height, my lowest height, or just an average of the two, like 182 cm?

Lollapalooza crowd jumping during Cortis' set

The energy was crazy considering the heavy rainy weather earlier. Props to the massive crowd that showed up and was bouncing the whole set.

Doing shoulders the day after a chest & back workout, yay or nay?

Yesterday I did a chest + back workout, and I was planning on training shoulders today. The thing is, I'm only about a month into lifting, and I'm trying to be really cautious about avoiding injuries or overtraining while I learn.

I know chest work hits the front delts and back work hits the rear delts, so I'm not sure if a dedicated shoulder day the very next day is a smart idea. Should I go through with my plan or is it better to give them another day to recover?

How would you tier the lottery guards from the 2026 draft after their Summer League performances?

Based only on Summer League performances, I'm curious to see where everyone stands on this year's guards.

Instead of ranking them, how would you separate them into tiers with what you've seen so far? You can weigh SL as much or as little as you want, along with their pre draft evaluations and long term upside.

Darryn Peterson: 20.7 pts, 3.0 reb, 4.0 ast, 4.7 tov on 30.8/23.1/76.2

Keaton Wagler: 18.0 pts, 3.3 reb, 3.0 ast, 2.3 tov on 38.6/33.3/80

Mikel Brown Jr: 16.7 pts, 1.7 reb, 4.0 ast, 2.7 tov on 39.5/33.3/100

Darius Acuff Jr: 19.0 pts, 1.3 reb, 5.3 ast, 4.7 tov on 36.5/26.3/64.3

Kingston Flemings: 7.0 pts, 4.0 reb, 6.5 ast, 3.5 tov on 33.3/33.3/0.0

Brayden Burries: 23.5 pts, 4.5 reb, 4.3 ast, 0.8 tov on 50.0/36.4/66.7

Feel free to include other guards as well. Has anyone else moved up or down your tiers since the draft?

I think Wagler has figured it out.

Since Wagler's first game, he's averaged 22 ppg and has looked much more comfortable attacking the basket and playing with confidence. We have to remember that he's the youngest guard in this draft. Let's rally behind our guy, if anything these last few games have shown why it's important to stay patient.

Keaton Wagler in overtime W vs Timberwolves: 28 minutes | 26 PTS (9-19 FG, 2-7 3PT, 4-5 FT) | 4 REB | 2 AST | 1 STL | 1 BLK

Easily Wagler’s most encouraging game so far. Beyond the stats, he attacked the rim much more aggressively and showed better speed getting downhill than in his previous games. It was great seeing him put pressure on the rim and constantly trying to finish through contact.
