Help Im losing my mind
Im really stressed tf out with USCIS. DOS sent FR in mid May and it has been around 1.5 months and USCIS is seemingly sleeping. This process is beyond painful. My lawyer will apply for H1B with PP but whats the point even when waiver approval is still needed. Whats the point of putting premium processing on one part of the process when another needed part does not have it? Pretty unintelligent of them to do this honestly. Im dumbfounded by how they function (or lack thereof) im also not from 39 countries so i dont know whats happening. My job was supposed to start in a few weeks and here we are looking at an endless calendar waiting for USCiS to hopefully wake up one day? Ten years of training and killing ourselves for this nonsense. Im done.
