Trick for someone who struggles 5 to 30 days phase.

Disclaimer, i am at 10 days so I am not advocating or anything but this trick has rescued me from loneliness relapse.

So I am considering you are past 5 days and struggling further. Also this trick requires maybe a busy schedule or you living with someone like a family or partner.

So after 5 days what I did was I told myself I would relapse (l know this is counter intuitive) but only in the grandest of grand condition. For example

  1. When nobody is at home

  2. Watch it only on T.V

  3. Use lube compulsory

  4. Must be at least 3 to 4 hrs free for a long session

  5. In living room only.

So essentially the thing is the above conditions are plausible but very hard and rare to come forward, like I am very rarely home, and I am scared the if I watch on tv someone might peel and notice through windows, the lube has a smell so my parents might notice the smell of they show up,etc. So the conditions are grandest or grand but are very hard to come by.

This trick saves you from the 99 out of 100 cases but at the end of the day it boils down to that 1 case where you need to have willpower my brother.

Switching to iem's (moondrop chu 2)

I have previously just used basic tws, and at best i currently have oppo enco m32 so yeah I suppose this will be huge jump. My budget is around 2k. I did talk with a llm it suggested moondrop but you know how unreliable they are so I have come here for advice. Is moondrop a good choice for my type of songs. I am not a bass heavy user. Please refer to the songs list for context.
