Suddenly crap at interviews

I used to be so good at interviews. I was calm. My thoughts were collected, and I could easily answer their questions, telling a story as I did. Now, after a year since I was laid off, I'm a frantic mess. My thoughts are racing and my answers feel jumbled and unorganized. I've been practicing (mock interviews) and using Claude to help me map my STAR stories, but everything goes out the window once I'm talking to someone who has the power/influence to hire me.

I think because I'm so stressed and need this so badly, my anxiety is getting the best of me. I just broke down after a recruiter screening because I feel worthless. I’ve got 10+ years of experience and it’s like I have nothing to show for it. I’m broke. I'm tired. I'm scared. It's depressing and I can't get past feeling like no one wants me.

If you got this far, thanks for reading. I’m in a hard place and don’t know how to keep the faith.

Job boards?

Where are we finding internal communications roles? I’m in need, asap. LinkedIn is oversaturated with reposted roles and 500+ applicants. Indeed is starting to creep me out lol. I’ve used greenhouse and tried searching for niche boards, but I’m struggling.
