I'm trying to convert Gladiator movie into mp4. Using Video - H.264 + MP3(MP4) profile and set destination file to \GLADIATOR.mp4 but it switched to \GLADIATOR.iso after click save button in file explorer. Halp.
Hello friends. I am emerging out my home after years in isolation with help mental health counseling. My counsel explained about neuroplasticity but still dodging on whatever I can regain my cognition and return to college. Currently, I'm having great difficult with reading comprehension and solving basic math. I have difficult time with looking and planning ahead.
Question is had anyone got out of years of isolation, regain cognition, finish college, and live happy life? With exercise, diet, counseling, and all.
