Why the numbers are so off between the app and the Mi Band??

700 steps of difference, and it always happens. I don't even understand how is it wrong, like literally the app only has to download the info from the Mi Band. Anyone knows what is happening and how to fix it?

Edit: 3967 steps on the band, in case it's hard to read it

Is it possible to take vitamins to become a sperm donor?

So, weird question and I'm not sure where exactly to ask, but being IVF related I thought this could be the place.

My partner and I don't want kids, but we also wanna contribute in helping other people getting them. So my partner became an ovum donor and has been on it for the past months and I tried becoming a sperm donor. After getting the results from my first donation, everything was fine, I'm fertile, but my sperm count is not enough to become a donor, so they rejected me.

Then, together with my partner we were thinking, the same way that they inject you with some hormonal stimulants for the ovum donation, is it possible to take some vitamins to become a sperm donor?

I've been reading on Reddit plenty of stories of people that were not fertile, but with the right pills (mostly zinc) and a good lifestyle, that changed a lot. I'm actually pretty active on my life and have a good diet. I don't smoke or tale any drugs neither. For me, the only change would be to get to take vitamins everyday for half a yer.
