Upset Alocasia

Repotted and fertilized afterward 4/5 days ago.
Older pot was the baby plants nursery one, she was doing good so I thought to upsize it 2/3 cm… when I took it out she didn’t really have a big root system tbh

Now she’s losing one leaf and I feel like the other is awkwardly looking aswell
Same goes to another alocasia, what am I doing wrong?

I placed all of my baby plants under 3 10w each bulbs from SANSI grow lights, they started with 4hrs of lights in addition to the light they get from a Northwest facing window and I switched to 8 (last picture)

I water my alocasia just before they get dry but the bottom part of the pot seems to stay very humid while the upper part completely runs out of water

I’m using a mix of expanded clay pebbles and soil

I’m a beginner and know it’s a matter of trial and error but I don’t want to lose them :(

Should I?

I bought this beauty almost 2 weeks ago. I think there are at least 2 plants here but I’m no expert, so I’m not sure… there are at least 2 new leaves coming out right now but I feel like it’s a little crowded in here, so I’m wondering if I should maybe separate and repot?

Looking forward to your knowledge good people of Reddit!

Ps last picture is a “damaged” leaf that worries me, I’m checking for pests but haven’t found any at the moment

Should I?

Hi!
I bought this Monstera Monkey 10 days ago and I’m seeing some new roots growing, some new leaves but also some ruined ones.

Haven’t checked for roots yet cause of the “advice” from the garden employee that I should wait 1 year or so before separating the plants or repotting, to give her time to adjust into the new location.

I’ve read here on Reddit that’s a myth from an experienced user… so what should I do?
Separate and repot or just check roots and let it do its thing?

Also, does it look healthy or I’m a missing something?
I look for pests almost daily cause it’s from a store and near other store bought plants, I’m monitoring all of them at my best capacities and removing every tiny white whatever I find on the leaves (none actually looked like pests)
