P&C side. Has anyone been offered an internal promotion after interviewing and negotiated a higher salary?

Recruiter reached out about a senior adjuster opening they want to discuss with me. My current carrier has amazing parental leave benefits. Curious what they are like at AmFam to see if they are even worth entertaining.
