The two hotels I’ve seen recommended are Casa Las Tortugas and Mawimbi. Has anyone stayed at either of these or somewhere else you loved in Holbox? Also interested in whale shark tour recommendations if anyone has done it.

Does anyone have thoughts about what this means? Would it be worth getting it biopsied again? We have previously used most of the other embryos in the photo unsuccessfully so this would be part of a last ditch effort.
I’ve had 3 failed FETs, two chemicals and one failure, with PGT tested euploid embryos. I have PCOS but all testing has come back normal (multiple loss bloodwork, EMMA/ALICE/RECEPTIVA, SIS/hysteroscopy) so no one can tell me why they’re failing. I’m running out of embryos and am wondering if anyone had success going on a GLP1 for a short time before a transfer after previous failures.
My spouse and I aren’t huge AI fans because of food quality, but would love to lounge at a gorgeous pool/beach. We want to be able to leave and find the best food in the area and explore a bit, but with similar vibes to an AI. We’re pretty open to location, but would love beach access nearby! Any recommendations? We would be flying from Philadelphia. Budget is flexible, though not trying to spend an arm and a leg and happy to splurge something if it’s really worth it.
I just completed egg retrieval for IVF and was told that 17 eggs were collected, 11 mature, and 10 fertilized. Today is day 1 and 5 that fertilized cleaved and 5 did not. They said that they give them until day 3 to see if they start to develop, but didn’t have any stats for me about how likely that is. Are those available?
