Ok so I'm thinking equal parts return to nature, radical self-reliance, and aliens. Maybe I could pretend I'm channeling an accent spirit or something? Either way I think I could really nail the esoteric front-man, what I really need is someone to cook the books and keep all the tax fraud straight and like 40-60 dedicated and well-meaning followers to donate money or land in the UP to get a compound going. Then we can stock pile drugs and guns for our inevitable stand-off with law enforcement.

I'm open to ideas on theming and location of the compound but pretty firm on dying in a shoot out with federal agents so please reach out if you have any input.

I've seen a few post on this sub that start with something like "I'm a burner and this is my opinion."

As a long time raver and dance music nerd from Michigan, I just don't care. If I wanted to do a burn I'd do lakes of fire or the actual big burn. I want Electric Forest to be a fucking party. Its the best concert series I have easy access to and honestly it not that deep. I just go have a good time around other people that like the same music I do.

I am anti-capitalist in many ways of my life but if we really look at the history of Forest, it would not exist if not for insomniac stepping in. The locals were very upset after Rothbury 2009 and weren't going to let the event happen unless professionals stepped in to keep things under control.

I have lot of respect for the burner mentally. I'm a pretty avid backpacker and camper. I understand the draw of radical self-reliance but I honestly keep that separate from my experience in with forest and other EDM festivals in a lot of way. Im not giving a green light to disrespect the grounds but I'm also not pretending that anything about Forest is sustainable practices.

You and I can argue what music festivals will look like after the revolution in the right settings but honestly I'm just trying to listen to dubstep for a couple days so please chill out.

I hate each and every person that lives in the upper peninsula. I've been working my way through the series on audiobook and I'm kinda stuck on Hogswatch right now. It not the books fault I just binged like 3 audiobooks in a row and I need something to break it up. Any recommendations?

Preferably audiobook friendly so I can do chores.

So I just figured out how to make basic wire wrap rings and want to make some to bring for gifts and such.

My question is what sizes should I make for the ladies?

I feel like a 6 is tiny and if I go any smaller then that it won't fit on anyone ever.
