Seen this picture of one of the new Burlington jewelry counters and seem like they are trying to copy more of a tj maxx style? I’m curious if this is going to be implemented at all stores soon
We have this new store manager at our store who used to be a SM from Burlington and she runs the place exactly how a Burlington would be ran. We open at 9:30 and she has ONE cashier scheduled until 12:00 she is EXTREMELY rude and bossy. She’s 10x more annoying with the cards and she said we are REQUIRED to get one per shift. Every associate who doesn’t get one she pulls out her phone and adds to her list of cashiers who didn’t get one for the day and adjust the schedule based on that day 🙄.She’s always yelling and running back and forth sweating and worrying about who’s going to get the next card. Even on the walkie she is extremely annoying and loud and announces everything. I can’t lie she works extremely hard & She’s the only manager who rings on the register and very helpful but still. It’s like she does not like people and get extremely bothered about her job. I was scheduled today to leave at 3pm she asked if I could stay until 5 but I have to be at my other job at 5 so i told her I can’t so she rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude and quote “nobody wants to work nowadays, who hired you” in a rude tone. I was shocked she said that and the way she talks to the CEC’s up front is crazy. I feel bad for the people at Burlington who had to deal with that lady because who the FUCK is do she think she is.
