Did anyone else notice this on Shane’s chest?!

I noticed during a reheat that in Season 1 Episode 5, there seems to be some type of milky liquid on Shane’s chest… and I do not think it’s sweat. If it’s what I think it is 👀, then the attention to detail on this show is INSANE 🤭. They really thought of every little detail in this show which I absolutely love.

The long game

I’m a complete mess reading chapter 14. Literally the scene of Ilya in therapy had me sobbing uncontrollably. Idk how I’m gonna survive the rest of the book.

ACF to BACF

Has anyone taken Accounting and finance and transferred into Honours Bachelors - Accounting and Finance. If so, how was the process?

Man in Yellow aka Sophia

How was MiY able to touch the talisman when he was at the clinic the first night? Does the talisman not work on him? And if he goes out at night, would he not be able to enter any of the other houses with talismans until morning? If the talismans don’t work on him, then he can literally walk into someone’s house at night and kill them.

This is from the trailer. It looks like they are in the cabin and Ethan is there. Could they be there because they are looking for the lake of tears?

I don’t know if this has been fully discussed yet, but I think the Lake of Tears might be the key to everything since it’s been hinted at from the beginning of the series. So what if when the original people in town that made this pact to stay alive forever and part of it was to sacrifice their children in order to do that, they or the evil entity trapped their children’s souls into the lake of tears. And ever since then the town pulls people in from the outside so that they could solve the mystery and help release the trapped souls. And whoever that dies in town, their soul gets trapped as well. And so the town just goes through cycle after cycle until someone solves the mystery.

I don’t know if anyone remembers, but Ethan mentioned something in the diner to his dad that he thinks this is a quest just like his story, that in the story the character had to go into the lake of tears in order to go home. So he says in order for everyone to go home, they probably have to save somebody (souls).

There is probably another entity in play here other than the man in yellow. And this entity is probably the good as opposed to the man in yellow who is the bad that is trying to create chaos. So this good entity might be bringing in people to try and save the souls, and the man in yellow is preventing them to do that along with the monsters. And I think the boy in white might the part of the good and has always tried to tell people but they never listened and thought they were hallucinating like how Christoper did and wouldn’t listen. So victor told his mom what the boy in white said, and Miranda went to go to the lake that the light house is probably on. But didn’t get far cause smiley killed her. I’m pretty sure she was close to finding the truth and getting out, hence why smiley started running at her when they always walked and never ran. Jim had probably solved the mystery about the lake of tears, and that knowledge cost him his life.

Im curious to see what all of you think about this.
