She said she wanted to prove that you can be both elegant and a provocateur, and she absolutely has proven that.

What are your thoughts on this? These outfits show a clear concerted effort to shift perception without being inappropriate or crass. I think it's liberating to see.

Not to mention, nipple details were a clear trend at the Met Gala this year, sooooo...

What is Taylor's plan for the Showgirl era?

She has gone radio silent after Elizabeth Taylor, and we have no idea what is happening next for this record cycle. Obviously there was that (really cool) NYT songwriter interview, and now it seems like she may be getting married very soon, but the album itself is just sitting there.

So far, promotion has been minimal and none of the songs have even gotten live performances. What do you guys think is happening next? Will there be a mini-tour or something? Will she move onto the next album quickly?

What do you guys think is on the cards for this rollout? There is so much potential in this album that is yet to be juiced, so I'm curious to hear what y'all say. There is no way she made such a fantastic album for it to only have three singles, three videos, and then peace out.
