I have the CAN-US-MEX plan. I can't disable service outside of CAN-US-MEX because US and MEX is considered roaming, so if I disable it, I would only have service in Canada.

Does Telus offer a cost control, for lets say $0? So if anything would be used overseas, it wouldn't work (data, calls, outgoing SMS)? The $18 is absolutely ridiculous so it's out of the question, and apparently 1MB is 5-10$ which is another absolutely ridiculous thing (any other provider from overseas, Asia or EU, would charge you this price for a full GB)
