This is only the second time I’ve been to Five Guys and first time I asked for Cajun seasoning on the side. I was given so much that I can literally put the rest in a seasoning jar.
This store just opened a couple weeks ago so maybe they’re just being overly generous otherwise i may have a new Cajun seasoning plug?
Am I wrong to be furious right now that I redeemed $97 of my $100 only for one item to be cancelled and they only gave me back half of the points used to redeem when I have no plans to purchase anything else?
The item that is out of stock was the main item that I wanted to redeem for and I don’t want to wait till the fall/winter for when I likely get another 1000 of reward points to redeem it again. I’m being told there’s nothing they can do when if I can’t redeem the full $100 I don’t want to redeem it at all.
