I am thinking to buy new cabin bag but I never used a cabin bag in my previous travels.

is the measurement to bag 55×35×25 very strict?

I find many the trolley bag have height of 55cms but find perfect 55×35×25 is rare

some are 55×38×23, 55×40×22 and too...

should I restrict to given guidelines or bags like 55×38×23 are fine?

I booked my flight under student fare in indigo. I got 25 kg checkin luggage+7kg hand bag
I am bit confused about this

Can I take following
A big suitcase under 25kg and a small suitcase(55cms one) weighing about 7kg + my handbag with only electronics(might weight about 3 kg)

Am I violating any rules? Please do help me.
