Indigo airline

Hey everyone,

I’ll be taking my first flight so could someone help me out with a small doubt regarding IndiGo domestic flights?

They mentioned the baggage allowance as:

15 kg check-in luggage

7 kg cabin bag

Laptop and personal item allowed up to 3 kg

I’m a bit confused. Suppose my laptop weighs 2 kg — does that mean I can only carry 5 kg in my cabin bag out of the 7 kg limit? Or is the laptop bag considered separate from the 7 kg cabin baggage allowance?

So basically, can we carry:

One check-in bag (15 kg)

One cabin bag (7 kg)

One separate laptop bag/personal item

Would really appreciate the help 😅

Travelling from mumbai to bali with indigo with a layover in chennai

Mumbai to chennai is two hours so no issue there but chennai to bali is 7. Indigo doesn’t have inflight entertainment but what about meals? Do they serve at least a snack or just a water bottle? I haven’t travelled with indigo recently, only domestic airline i’ve tried is spicejet from pune to dubai and it sucked. Seats were broken no screen or wifi no food. We had no idea spicejet was this bad. Is indigo the same? I did travel domestically once where we were served food but i dont remember if it was indigo. What precautions should we take?
