Never choose Medicine at Mamc

Posted as a medicine intern, this place shit, hell what not to say. So there's toxicity between 2nd years, consultants. Every moment is threatening.

Patient just dies here, due to? thousands of negligences

Nor ad infusion stopped once - Nursing didn't checked

Hyperkalemia - PG didn't check

Emergency - new patient came no one checked - died

these are just a few incidents.

Ward is so so so so fuc*ing depressing. Each day samplings of poor patients crying in pain. Some sampling has no meaning, just done to satisfy the ego of your seniors.

One resident when was impatient to wait for CSF during LP, used syringe to fasten the process

Newer senior residents are mostly not in duty, don't know how to manage the cases

They would try fully to kick patient out of the ward with full effort. It's literally pathetic to see condition of all

Pls stay away from this Live Hell on earth.

Do you think this is ethical?

My friend saw someone giving intracardiac KCL to a patient on a ventilator whose return was not possible, and this was done to relieve the burden on the family and free the ventilator for another patient. This is the scene from the govt hospital. What do you all think of this?
Overheard a senior saying they used to fill the ET tube with NS to free up the vent.

Peak fight

This Sunday complete intern batch went on mass bunk, and completely pissed off all SR's on duty. Now we are getting threat messages 😭, let's see what Monday brings. Have you been in such a situation?

Questions about Cave humans

Do people used to do suicide often that time too?

Do people have a sense of their physical appearance? No mirrors at that time

What about those crazy hairs everywhere over the bodies? I mean how do they do ....?

Was cannibalism prevalent at that time?
