What is supposed to be done at an annual wellness exam? How comprehensive is it? What is reviewed?

I received a letter from my Part D plan in May that approval for one of my medications was extended through July 2027! (I started the medication in January 2026 after my plan discontinued a medication I had been on for years.)

When my pharmacy orders a refill they are sent a generic rather than the brand that was approved. Both the brand and the generic cost the same. (I have not accepted the generic and the pharmacy has returned it.)

How do I get this corrected? Who contacts the drug plan? The pharmacy? My doctor's office? Me?

Has anyone used Tacrolimus Ointment for their psoriasis? If you have, how long did you stay on it?

Doctor has prescribed it for 6 months, using it every three weeks. I'm concerned about the warning. Also my psoriasis is on both arms (from my shoulder to my wrist), my legs from the knee down, quite a bit on my back, scalp and forehead.

SS benefit was deposited early and my balance was over $2000 at the beginning of the day on the first of the month. Pending balance was below $2000 as does the balance showing for July 1st today...
